Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  1. Cancellation Timeframes:

    Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with no penalty if done more than 24 hours before the session.

    Cancellations made within 12 to 24 hours of the session start time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

    Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session will result in a 75% cancellation fee.

    Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in being charged the full session fee.

  2. Notification Process:

    Use your meeting invite to reschedule or cancel.

    Clients must notify us of cancellations or rescheduling requests via email or phone.

    The client is responsible for ensuring we receive and acknowledge the cancellation request.

  3. Exceptional Circumstances:

    In emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., sudden illness, family emergencies), exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered at discretion.

    Clients must provide appropriate documentation or evidence to support their request for an exception.

  4. Existing Clients:

    Existing clients will maintain their current pricing arrangements and will not be subject to any changes in pricing due to cancellations or rescheduling.

  5. New Clients:

    New clients enrolling after June 2024 will be subject to updated pricing structures, as the pricing policy outlines.

  6. Communication:

    Clients are encouraged to contact us directly via email or phone for assistance or clarification or to request a cancellation or rescheduling. They can also use the reschedule or cancel option on the meeting invitation.

  7. Refunds:

    Refunds for cancelled sessions will be processed within 10 Days, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

  8. Policy Review:

    This cancellation and rescheduling policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its effectiveness and relevance. Any updates or changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
